“I would like to formally recognize the absolute legend working in the pharmacy named Kelsie. I don’t know what kind of advanced pharmaceutical wizard training Walgreens puts these people through, but this woman deserves her own parking spot, parade, and possibly a national holiday.
Every single time I come in, she somehow already knows who I am before I even say my name. I genuinely thought I was developing celebrity status until I realized she just has an elite-level memory and is apparently operating on a brain capacity far beyond the average human being.
Not only is she ridiculously kind and helpful, but I am fully convinced she is the smartest person alive when it comes to anything pharmacy related. Questions? Answered immediately. Insurance issues? Magically handled. Confused customers wandering around looking lost? Guided to safety with the patience of a saint.
I have never seen someone remain so nice while simultaneously juggling 47 tasks, 3 ringing phones, printer noises from hell, and customers asking “is my prescription ready?” every six seconds.
Walgreens, if you have not already promoted Kelsie to CEO of Pharmacy Operations, you are wasting talent at historic levels. Protect her at all costs. She is the best human being to ever stand behind that counter.”

“This is a great store, it is very clean. The showers are nice and it has ample parking. I have one major complaint with them.
The store parks over 150 trucks and they have no functioning laundry. Apparently about three months ago, someone ripped the doors off the washers and dryers and pilot has decided it’s in their interest to not replace them, the app still says they have laundry the sign is still up in the store. There’s even a sign on the door but the door .
I think that says everything that needs to be said about How Pilot feels about truckers, I’m sure their insurance would’ve paid for new washers and dryers, but they just don’t give a crap. As long as they can make their money off fuel and other items.”
“This convenient mart stays busy all the time most of the time you will have to wait on a couple people to cash out at the register before it gets to you but they're very nice and everything that I'm looking for is always there”
“I was in on January 20th, 2026 to pick up a prescription refill that was ready for pick up. I noticed the silver gates were lowered with one other person in front of me picking up their prescription. When I got to the counter, the gal who helped the person in front of me said, 'Sorry, we are closed for lunch'. I told her that I live 40 minutes drive away and asked if I could get my prescription. She said, 'We only get 1/2 hour for lunch, sorry.'. Suddenly, a girl (named Rachel) said, 'I'll get your prescription for ya!'. I was elated and thanked her profusely. I just wanted to tell CVS that they need to recognize this employee as someone who is quite caring and willing to help the customer over and above the call of duty. Please give Rachel a pay raise, make her 'Employee of the month/year', and give her a paid vacation of 7 days for her positivity and empathy. You need more employees like Rachel!”

“I need to come here and sing praises about one of the managers, April. On November 8th, we caught some bad luck when an unsecured load from another trailer flew off and wrapped around our front right brakes/CV joint; we got the car off of 75 and into this station's lot. April was told someone had passed out (which was me lying on the ground looking under the vehicle at the damage), and April came out thinking someone needed medical help (thats what someone told her happened!) Once she found me and learned what had happened, she offered to help and went to retrieve the scissors. She came out and helped cut the mattress topper/pad away and explained what kind of damage happened to my non-technical mind. She saved me money as I was about to call a tow truck and limp the car down the road to the shop. April got under my car and was so glad to help and ensure my wife, daughter, and I were not hurt. She was so kind, she even got some of that CV axle grease on her sweatshirt and wasn't phased. She's a true example of above-and-beyond customer service and demonstrated authenticity and genuine care for people.”
“I stop here every day and Vickie and Al are great. It is unexpectedly the best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. The Buttered Chicken is special, but I could live off the Samosas. Stop in and try some of Vickie’s food. You will not be disappointed.”

I have watched her work the past few weeks and she is the only one of a morning on my way to work taking care of ALL the customers!! You hold that place down Miss Sherry!! I hope your bosses see this and know they have a wonderful employee in you mam.
