“Kylie and Mark worked great together as a team to get my phone working for me and my business again after another store had failed to help. They were very polite and helped me in a very timely manner. I would recommend this store and their employees for anyone else’s business.”

“Almost all of the time I have used the Connection Center at Walmart has been a good experience. Today in my opinion, I received the best service of all the times I have been there. Unfortunately I am not able to remember the employee's name that helped me with my purchase today, but he was very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions about the phone, as well as his personal experience with the same phone. He was very helpful in the process of finding a phone that would be the best choice for me. I do wish I could remember his name, as he should be commended by his supervisor for doing his job well.”

“The employees at Cricket are wonderful. They have helped when I have had problems or questions about the phone. I have told my friends about how good the service is here at the LaFollette, Tennessee. I have been with Cricket for many years and the service here is why I stay with Cricket! I am your best advertiser!”
