Jason was on top of every question I had and even caught me off guard by advising me of the new Samsung promotion coming up when I stated, just in passing, that I needed to upgrade! He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable! Keep him and give him a raise!”

“I went in to Metro in Clinton on Sunday to get help with porting my phone number to Metro; my previous carrier was making it hard for me to port my number. The associate was sooo helpful and patient helping me. I am so grateful for her and Metro! My service at the store was outstanding! I live out in the middle of nowhere and can finally use my phone at home; the signal strength is incredible!”

“Shopping in this clean, normally well stocked, organized store but having to walk so far is hurting me. It is hard to find a parking spot near the grocery doors but that is the only entrance. The center doors that I prefer to use are locked tight. I decided to pick up a few needed grocery items whilst I was there to pay my bill. Got them, paid my bill at service center and proceeded to dog food aisle which is by the garden entrance/exit. Saw notice on garden doors that informed me groceries could not be checked out there. Why was there not a large notice at the other end or by the registered? Had to traipse all the way back to the registers, check myself out, then back to garden exit near my car. There has to be a better way Walmart because it will be a while before I can do this again”

Trying to get a phone moved from straight talk over to Cricket was such a hassle, and ST wasted so much of our time but he stuck in there even when I was frustrated and upset! Definitely referring more people to Cricket and especially this store!!!”
