“I lived at the Jackson Walk Apartments for almost 6 years and I must say that I NEVER had any issues with office staff or maintenance. If I had any problems with anything, they attended to it either the same day or the next. They were nothing but PROFESSIONAL!! I loved the energy living there and I always felt safe. I moved away from Jackson May 2025 but I am coming back to the Jackson Walk Apartments hopefully soon!! I have looked at many possibilites elsewhere(just out of curiousity) but have chosen to return there. I am really looking forward to being back home.”

“Very professional team they have over there. Them ladies (Gwen and Melissa) are very quick to handle any issue that you may have come up. They don't tolerate nonsense or deliquency with you not paying rent. They dispatch maintenance immediately for anything that may arise. I seen that she has a new maintenance guy that is Johnny on the spot. I called about my a/c not cooling and within hrs he was there to fix it and fixed it right. He was very professional and polite. Explained everything in detail as to what the problem was and how it was repaired. I would definitely rent from the all star team any day.”

“If you are looking for a Wonderful place to stay I Highly Recommend Woods of Post House Apartments!!! Go see Marissa at the front desk!! She is so polite and sweet. Marissa made my experience great and the process was very quick !!! And also the scenery is Beautiful there!!”
