Been living here for 2 years and it has been amazing. The maintenance answers in less than 2 days, the leasing office always keeps us up to date with the new updates, and the neighbors are very respectful.

We love living here at Camellia Trace. Apartment management has an amazing team; The Manager is quick to respond/available when needed, and the maintenance team is extremely professional and personable. It really feels like a community here. Could use something for kids to do, but the grounds are beautiful. All around great.

No complaints other than, it's a lot of Rent Money for the pool to always be closed (to add chlorine in the middle of the day). That's something that should be done REGULARLY in the morning or LATE when the pool is closed.
