I met with Illya and he was one of the most knowledgeable young men that I had ever had the pleasure of having fix my phone. He was very patient and took the time to explain how to make my phone operate correctly. He is an asset to AT&T.

The customer service person is 5 stars.but I was promised the discount program internet. My internet is going up consistently I tried to talk to someone. I'm just going file in court
