She set my phone up and helped me troubleshoot and get my teacher’s discount taken care of. She also helped my husband get his bill lowered with his work phone and we both walked out with updated iPhones. Needless to say, I did not switch to AT&T. Both ladies working in this store were amazing.”

“Best customer service in a T-Mobile I have ever had! I am from Chicago, and thats where all previous store visits have been. But this location was great! They were super busy when we walked in and yet, I didn't go 1 minute before someone asked me what my visit was for. She then stated "let me check with my co-workers to see what what kind of wait you're looking at incase you have other errands to run". She told me it would be about 10 min. I didn't even wait the 10 minutes before being helped. I talked with 3 of the employees, all which were very nice, and knowledgeable. As 1 employee was setting up my new phone, others were talking to me about other services and products I was browsing. The ability of multitasking! Hands down, exceptional service. I love nice people! Great job!!”

When I mentioned that to a few friends they advised me to switch to the company they use cause they offer iPhones less expensive, also never let the customer walk out empty handed! I made a special trip to replace my phone. I've been a Verizon customer for or 25 years. ?☹️”
