She was incredibly helpful in getting all of our lines moved onto one account and upgrading my iPhone 13 to 17 pro and finding ways for us to save money. She also helped us bundle our Netflix, HBO, and Disney subscriptions, which made everything so much easier to manage. “Yesterday my phone suddenly quit working and messaged that I had no Sim card and no service. I drove to Jackson T-Mobile store. I was greeted and they immediately began to help me. Within less than 30 minutes, I had a new Sim card installed and my phone was fixed. No charge. I was extremely happy.”
