βMy truck was sagging in the back whenever I had a load or pulled a trailer. New air shocks took care of the problem. Dropped it off in the morning and it was ready by mid afternoon. Their shuttle service took me home and later picked me up when my truck was ready.β
βExcellent service, I took my car there thinking it was the alternator. I even told them it was tested won't say the name of the company that tested it, I got a phone call from the Tech. and he informed me it was the battery. Could have went another way. Had my brakes done there earlier this year awesome service every time.β
βwe previously took our car to another shop and left so worried and concerned with the noises and shifting problems we thought we had. john was so helpful and went above and beyond to assure us that it was working just how its supposed to. he drove us around and answered every question we had about absolutely anything and told us if we ever need anything to come right back. he gave us an assurance you cant buy with money, i was freaking out! the inspection was free as well which is amazzzinngggg!! βI was here in Jackson for a work conference this week, so Iβm obviously from out of town. I had a problem with my brake lights being stuck on. So I googled repair shops near me and decided to go with Christian Brothers, due to the fact that Iβve heard good things about the one in Murfreesboro, which is where I live. I was able to get my truck dropped off to them yesterday afternoon and I got it back this afternoon. I was very pleased with the speed of the repairs and the communication through text message. Nathan is the nicest person to do business with. And I am always satisfied. He has never disappointed me. And he works with your schedule and would help in any kind of way! βI still donβt know how they did it so fast! I brought my car in with a shattered back window at around 10:00. The manager drove to Memphis to get the replacement window, got back, it was perfectly installed, all before 3:30! What amazing service!β
βBeing new to the area I was told to try these guys out for my tire and wheel replacement. Their customer service and support has been beyond what I expected. Having such a stubborn wheel and tire situation is to say the least yet they managed to make it work. Chris and Frank both have been very helpful and understanding to me while still maintaining the fast pace of running the shop. After a couple trips back to have my tires remounted due to MY special fitment they have managed to maintain professionalism and courtesy each time. They have gone above and beyond and have helped me keep my car on the road in order to get to my job and I am extremely grateful. This shop isnβt just a shop, they are good people at a good shop. Jeremy took the time to ride with me, walked me through what he was checking and why, and even pointed out some known issues with this particular model. Itβs rare to find that kind of attention and honesty, especially when youβre not mechanically inclined.
Auto work isnβt cheap anywhere, but the pricing here is fair and the work is top-notch. Most importantly, they donβt try to upsell you or invent problems. Jeremy spent quality time with me and didnβt charge a dime for the inspection.
If you want knowledgeable, trustworthy people who treat you with respect, this is the place. Iβve been coming here for years, and Iβll keep coming back.β

βI have a 2012 Dodge Charger that started having issues with shifting up and shifting down. I took it to three different locations and all three told me a different story about the transmission and said a needed a new one with a cost of over $8000.00. Being a single woman and not knowing a thing about vehicles and decided to talk to my neighbor about it and see what my options might be. He suggested I take it to Jim Clement and see what his thoughts were. My neighbor said he was the best and I could trust him the be truthful with me. I drove it in today 2/16/2024. Mr. Jim was most helpful and explained in detail what was going on. I didnβt need a new or rebuilt transmission all I needed was a factory reset! What a relief it was to hear this news. I was in and out in 30 minutes and price was fair! Drives like a dream! So thankful I was recommended to Mr. Jim! Hope this review helps others to reach out to Jim Clement Automatic Transmission before dropping a lot of money on a transmission they donβt need! Forever grateful!β
βWas looking for a 2025 Jeep Gladiator.Shopped around My area Atoka Tn.Looked at many and really did not find what is was looking for.Looked around on web sight and found the one I was looking for.Called and spoke to Calvin and he said they did have it.I told him I would drive up to Jackson and see it.When I hung up the phone I knew I have reached the right sales person.When we arrived I meet Calvin and He welcomed us as if we were part of the family.He had filled the tank up and said to test drive it.When we returned with the help Calvin and the sales manager we made the deal.Jon the finance manager went over all and made it all work.Best experience I have had with a car dealership.Special thanks to Calvin.Some how I knew when I spoke to him on the Phone he was going to sell me this truck.Highly recommend this dealership Thanks Calvin.β

βTook my toyota to him to get the transmission looked at. It needed some parts replaces so told him to take rebuild it. He keep me informed on the process and got it fixed. This was my 2nd time carrying him a vehicle and his people done a great job this time too. I would recommend carrying your vehicle to him if you need your transmission looked at.β

He did some diagnosing, determined the issue was not urgent , explained the issue to us, told us how to manage the issue on our return trip.
