This one star is for the bank and its entirety. Still having to wait for a bank card because of fraudulent activity for 10 days is absolutely the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. Absolutely the worst branch to use. They'd be better off installing another virtual teller and closing the rest of it down. After years of banking with Cadence, this one branch has me looking for a different financial institution for my future business.
