“The Enterprise location on the 45bypass (not the one by the bowling alley) is the best location!!! Everyone is professional and very helpful. Quick and easy process every time I rent from them. I rent from them at least 2-4 times a year and I have zero complaints. All the vehicles are clean and brand new! I never have to worry about getting a run down rental like some places give, enterprise is always on point. I will forever rent from them! They even picked me up from the repair shop and took me to their location to get my rental when someone hit my truck. Thank you Enterprise for being awesome!!!”

“Staff over the phone- I think the lady’s name I spoke to was Bethany ( not completely sure) was very attentive to my needs over the phone when I was in need of a rental same day to travel one way across several states. Avis was the only local car rental company that allowed me a one way rental due to a family emergency in Texas. 5+ stars for her customer service skills.Physical store- needs improvements. Avis- you might want to check on the store with staff smoking in the building. Local staff are smoking in this store. I did enter the premises at 12:30 pm and no one was in the building. I could have wondered in and out of offices, but I didn’t. I hollered for someone, but no one was there. I called the local number and it rang and rang. Someone did come in the front door of the business after I called twice. Now- the staff member apologized for the wait and he might be the one person working. He was very polite and got me on my way quickly. 2 Stars for the facilities. 4 stars for the local staff member.The rental car- it was clean, newer model, no smoke smell, and got me where I needed to go. 5 stars for the car.”

“My insurance company told me that they had reserved a car for me but when I arrived Hertz had not received the request Because no cars were available they leased the company car to me They went out of the way to ensure that I had a car so I will definitely use them again Also they were very friendly and accommodating Thanks ?”

“The statement that they don't answer the phone is true. It goes straight to Avis and Avis doesn't know anything. That's the only reason I dropped a star. Other than this, they're great. I was worried after reading other reviews. The staff is Very friendly. They didn't have the van that I had reserved but this may have been because I asked to move up my reservation about an hour and a half. They had no problems with this at all. They gave me a huge, fully loaded, brand new Ford Expedition instead. It was so wonderful. So clean. 2 things to be aware of: fill the gas tank before you return or they will charge you $10 a gallon to do it for you. Also, they require a $100 deposit (even if you already paid) that is to be returned when you take the vehicle back. I take the car back tomorrow and as long as I get my deposit back, this will have been one of the best car rental experiences ever.”
