Richie was extremely disrespectful to me and my lads. We were interested in the golf clubs and he raised his tone to an outside voice. Will not come back.

Misleading sales signage in products. Multiple “hybrid” jackets displayed, but only one is “on sale” refused to honor sign.

I went in to buy a bicycle...(with my 5 kids) as I was trying to get help...an employee yelled at my kids to stop touching stuff...didn't know I was in a museum.

Years of retail experience here. Spoke to district manager about a job. She was kind, asked me appropriate questions, & asked me to apply online & speak to the general manager at a certain time and day. I did this. The general manager spent about 90 seconds talking with me, barely looking me in the eye, acting distracted....as if I was interrupting his time. He wasn't actually doing anything. Just saw another job posting from them online.
Oh yeah, years of camping experience, shoe sales experience, & various dabbles in sports here too. I assume they don't want to hire people who could actually help in the shopping experience. Thanks for wasting my time. Perhaps this review will save some of yours.

Found a jacket I was planning to purchase there were two left one was marked 136.99 the other wasn’t marked down. The manager rudely refused to price match even though they were the EXACTsame jacket. We gladly left and not sure I will be back

Most Employees and the "manager" Nick, need customer service classes. No one around to help while looking at merchandise and once you check out, good luck.
