However, what tops their prices and selection is their terrific customer service. Every time I’ve been in, all of the guys have been incredibly helpful as well as knowledgeable. I’ve asked them a lot of questions on various projects, and each time they’ve taken the time to answer my questions, give recommendations and show me options, as well as help me load my car with what I end up picking out. “When I was looking for an exterior door the two young guys up front so you can go back there and look through there yeah I mean you can you know go all the way through that that's for people to look through so I went back there I can't move these doors I have disabilities I can barely move one of my two hands obviously I can't move the doors by myself so I had to go all the way back up to the front and say can you please give me a hand I can't move the doors to help me find an exterior door a front door which they had none that did not have glass on them so I wasn't able to get what I needed so I ended up going to Improvement store and I had to pay full price but they did have a lot of other nice stuff that I was not in need of play kitchen tables nice chandeliers and furniture that a bunch of stuff flooring I just wasn't ready or needed any of this stuff at that time when I went”
