“When I was looking for an exterior door the two young guys up front so you can go back there and look through there yeah I mean you can you know go all the way through that that's for people to look through so I went back there I can't move these doors I have disabilities I can barely move one of my two hands obviously I can't move the doors by myself so I had to go all the way back up to the front and say can you please give me a hand I can't move the doors to help me find an exterior door a front door which they had none that did not have glass on them so I wasn't able to get what I needed so I ended up going to Improvement store and I had to pay full price but they did have a lot of other nice stuff that I was not in need of play kitchen tables nice chandeliers and furniture that a bunch of stuff flooring I just wasn't ready or needed any of this stuff at that time when I went”

“I bought a lever handle doorknob. Easier to open than a twist type. The associate rekeyed the lock to match the other lock on my door so I only have one key for all my locks. They do this at no charge when you purchase the lock from Lowes. It only took a few minutes. Great job, very satisfied.”

“This is absolutely THE place to get any home supplies you need while renovating. They have a fantastic supply of flooring, cabinets, counter tops, bathroom supplies and more for fantastic pricing. However, what tops their prices and selection is their terrific customer service. Every time I’ve been in, all of the guys have been incredibly helpful as well as knowledgeable. I’ve asked them a lot of questions on various projects, and each time they’ve taken the time to answer my questions, give recommendations and show me options, as well as help me load my car with what I end up picking out. “I would like to commend the staff at tractor supply in Jackson. At least the two individuals I had came in contact with. What are the individuals name was Jonathan who told me he had came to Jackson from North Carolina. Jonathan was very helpful in taking care of my rental needs. Previously I had went to another tractor supply and was treated very badly by the front staff There. But the tractor supply staff in Jackson Tennessee were very helpful and very friendly. There was another young lady there was a cashier, but I didnt get her name. And a person who was helping Jonathan with getting the trailer I forgot hers as well but overall I do like this store over all the others that I have came in contact with. Great job guys and thank you .”
