Trevan was the most helpful with friendly service. He went over and beyond to help with an insurance issue and I am really appreciative for his help.

Like virtually every other business, they are short staffed. That can't be helped so it's not part of my review. I love being part of the Kroger Rx Club. Sometimes I save more money with it than I do with my insurance. For $36 a year, it's a great value.

Low stars due to being so slow, had most script on auto refill, never once was it ready. Tell me 20 to 30 mins, turns into an hour. Cant seem to get it together there.
