“Lots of parking, plenty of carts, friendly staff, clean and well stocked. Love the self checkout which is great to avoid cashiers and lines when its busy. Nice change from the Sam’s Clubs in FL which are like being in, ‘The Running Man’ movie!

“Always a great experience, unlike other pharmacies I don't have to call ahead and ask them to fill my dad's medicine, it's ready on the day it is due. Other places in the past I would have to call and wait hours sometime until it was ready to be picked up. Like all of us I have places to be and working nights when I get off I'm ready to go home. I highly recommend them especially if you are taking care of a older person. They package my dad's medicine in daily dosage packets for his morning, lunch and bedtime medications. For sure a service they don't have to do but they do it to help. I give 5 stars only because there isn't a option for 6 stars.”

The pharmacist is an amazing person that went above and beyond for me when I needed a specific medication that was hard to find.”

“All things considered, with the challenges that must be overcome by any business to succeed, It has been my experience that the spirit of the service is presented with the customer first attitude. The store is always clean . Very seldom do I have to move through stockers carts while shopping. No other stores give products based on your shopping history to learn what you like. The Walmart Billionaire’s attitude Ive found to be quite different. Fuel Points HELLO. Kroger works hard for my business. So they will get it everytime.”

“My fav Kroger in West TN. Well stocked unless it is a Sale item. Gotta get there early. It’s a huge store 28 aisles and deep as well. Lots of uniques finds here compared with any other grocery stores in West TN and Ive been to almost all of them.
Negatives- add’l self checkout registers not always open, parking lot has huge pot holes as you come in, carts could use some new ones, but my biggest complaint is the deli counter. Nice staff but they are always talking to each other and sooooo slow. It took me almost 15 minutes, after she started helping me, for 1 lb of ham only to find out that it was the wrong brand after I was very specific and after she asked another worker if she had the correct one. I was on a timetable and couldn’t wait for a 15 minute correction.
Talk on your own time when you don’t have customers. Don’t delay the rest of us for social hour.
Self checkout cashiers help are not as friendly as other Kroger stores.”

“I have not been to this Walgreens in a very long time. Particularly due to it's not close by my house. But for some reason my doctor office called my prescription into this location. Well I believe some things are just meant to be. Yes they were super busy, yes the line was long. But I received excellent customer service. The young man that waited on me was named Reese. As I stood in line I watched how courteous he was not only to me when my turn but to each and every customer. Even the ones that were complaining he was very apologetic for the wait time. Great customer service means everything! When it was my turn he didn't have the answer to a question I asked him but he went and got the answer which a young lady named Ali helped him. She was very kind and nice as well. It was worth the drive and the wait to receive such great customer service. Reese and Ali thank you again for such a pleasant experience!! I think the good should be reported as well as the bad. Keep up the great job!! Five plus stars, well deserved”

Chris drove all the way to South Haven Mississippi to pick the item up and arranged transport to me so I didn't have to pick up the item in Jackson. These people have it together!
