Lowes app said it had 4 batteries at one store. Went to get one, and they had none. Went to another Lowe's store that was supposed to have 6 and they didn't have any either. DO NOT TRUST the App!!!

The employee kept sending me away from the paneling section, as if I was going to find something better. When I go to Lowe's I have a plan and that's get what you came for and leave, cause look I am a man about tools. But they run in to some big bills, that's also 1*reason I haven't got a credit card or a Lowe's card. Me and Debt don't see eye to eye.

Flooring Dept is the worst. Paged over and over they are hiding in the back. 5 times I have been there and could never get anyone to come help after being paged. Home Depot just got all my business forever.

My husband and I shopped in this store the cashier treated us like trash we have spent a lot of money in this store we have tried repeatedly to contact the manger and called corporate on this cashier and no one has responded this is one of the worst Lowe’s I have ever been to if I could give less then one star I would the cashier should be fired

We had an installation on christmas eve with Lowes in Jackson, TN.
Obviously Lowe's subcontracts out these installations. Once the installers came they were immediately unprofessional by being on the phone and calling people he owed money too letting them know he would pay them when he could. They finally got my dishwasher installed and a hour after they left i noticed my apple watch missing from the kitchen counter. we checked the location and it was the same location that the installer said that he was going to next in Finger, TN. We drove to the location saw the same truck that was previously at my home and he would not come outside. We made a police report and called Lowes immediately. After many calls and several weeks later Lowes is not taking responsibility and said it was a lost cause.
Installer was Jacob Smith with Crume Installations. & they were hired by Lowes.
I absolutely would NOT recommend getting appliance installation services with Lowes.

i had a difficult time finding an item, a gentleman with a salt and pepper beard in building. he helped me find what i was looking for. he walked me across the store to find it. super friendly

Customer service is very poor. I placed a pickup order for several 2x4s And accidentally chose the wrong location. They marked the order as picks up even though I never even went there. I called several times to try and get it sorted out and every time they said they'd call me back and never did. I went there twice and they said they would find out what happened and refund me. They never did. That was back in August and I still haven't received a refund.

Associates will watch you walk around looking that is if you see them. I asked for help no one ever came. The associate they called for help in the lane. I was waiting in finally came back and said, did anyone ever come? I said no, I'm just going to leave. She said, okay, you have a good day, really.

Beyond frustrated with Lowe’s Jackson (Vann Dr)!!!
This used to be my favorite store. Lately, I rarely can find anyone who seems engaged and cares.
After doing considerable research about stock on items, I went to Lowe’s on Vann Drive in Jackson, Tennessee to pick up materials for a complete closet remodel.
It started off fine with me picking items off the shelf and loading my cart. Unfortunately, it did not end well. One of the most important items was a couple 12 foot long shelves, that Lowes showed in stock. As a matter fact, the app showed 16 in stock, yet there was one on the shelf!
I walked to the front desk to request help, because there was no one available anywhere in sight. Along the way, I ran into three employees who were standing in an aisle talking. I asked if they could help, and their answer was simply “we don’t work shelving“. The front desk apparently contacted someone, because an employee showed up in the shelving aisle. She looked at the shelf, shrugged their shoulders, and said “I guess we don’t have them”. I found another employee who was a bit more willing to go out of his way and actually look further. He searched a bit and proudly returned with a shelf in his hand. I pointed out that it was not the correct shelf, showed him the differences, including the wrong SKU, then asked to see a manager, and a manager showed up, and then eventually returned with the same answer “we can’t find it anywhere in the store”. I asked how they could lose $600 worth of inventory!
By this point I had wasted 45 minutes of my time, waiting for people who mostly did not seem to care (‘though the manager did seem to care, but could not help, and seemed frazzled).
I am not feeling warm, fuzzy feelings about Lowe’s at this point, and will seriously consider taking future business elsewhere. Since the competition does have this shelf in stock, I will be purchasing there.
It’s a shame Lowes inventory system is so screwed up and unreliable.
I am amazed when I go into this store by the number of people in Lowe’s vests, who are standing around talking to one another, rather than trying to help customers!
