I go to cash a Social Security check and the teller held onto the check for 5 minutes and decides to ask if I had an account after I already told him I didn't. Instead of just cashing the check, he wanted to create an account. This is exactly why I closed my account with them. The customer service is extremely poor.

Had to go in for a new card. Miss Wallace was incredibly professional, as well as very sweet. I had to leave her a review. 5 stars for her and a 4 for the overall branch.Not bad!

Absolutely worst regions bank you can go to. Extremely rude. If I could give negative I would. Drive to north if you want to actually be listened to.
