The service started out great. But these past few months we have had a numerous amount of outages. I thought it would get better, but it is not working now. I don't understand why so many outages. The internet and television are basically always not working. If I'm paying for these services monthly. I expect to at least be able to watch TV. They have this AI messages that never answers your questions. Only what they have programmed into the system. So that is no help either. The bill is getting higher, but the services are not working more and more. This is really beginning to get on my nerves!!!!

Pays a past debt on Saturday, they said equipment would be at my house Tuesday. Wednesday I called to check and they said that there was an error and they never shipped. Told me they would reship our pickup in Jackson. Drive an hour and they couldn’t do anything even though there corporate person on the phone said everything was clear. Lady in this store was starting to have an attitude. I went ahead and canceled my setup!!

They are not doing a good job of explaining their services and prices hikes. Also when the office is full you call barely hear the customer service person your talking to. Some of the customer service persons are a little dishonest about the services and prices they say are being provided. Please do a better job of explaining these price hikes and services and maybe you won't have so many customers jump ship to other internet providers. Every time I go in to that office theirs customers are unhappy about their services and I think for good reason.

My family likes spectrum. The company has always done good with our service and WiFi. On the other hand I had to go in the store to get something done sooner than later and the customer service from Kathy at the Jackson location was horrible. As a company I suggest you carry more than just the newest phones in inventory, we aren’t all able to get and I was looking for a year older gen. Kathy was not only rude suggesting people only come in to get the newest iPhones and also said we shouldn’t have waited till the last minute to do this, mind you I came in the next day my phone broke. She wasn’t being understanding or serviced us to standard and yelled at us saying “Do you even want the phone!” when we were discussing since our options was very limited to what IPhone I had to get that they offered. I went in looking to trade in my phone for the 14 plus, was not able to trade nor get the 14 and when I settled for the 15 they only had 1 color left which was very disappointing. Kathy could have taken everything into consideration with the circumstances the company policy was putting on us and maybe been a little kinder instead of making it more difficult for us while there in the store.

Worst group of people besides Sammy, which he is awesome . Piss-poor customer service . I walked in at 4:07 on a Sunday; they closed at 5 p.m. and was told we don’t deal with phones after a certain time . My 60-year-old mother didn’t have any service. I couldn’t get in contact with her; they didn’t care to help . You can talk to every rep in that store, and every rep will tell you something completely different . Sammy always kept it real and honest. Hands down, he is the best employee they have . He should train the entire store on customer service and his knowledge.

Kathy was a rude ass attitude.... I don't know why she wanted to wait on me ...when a guy was trying to... then wanted my ID which I didn't have on me personally and cock an attitude and I asked her what was the problem...." She was all frowned up in face" she still took the equipment without the id so , why all of that mess....??? I am quite sure I'm not the only one to not bring the ID into that place to turn in equipment..... The equipment was in the box....from 2020... In great condition... Which she scanned n saw the name and address on it ....n I gave her my name and address!!!! Get it together with customer service!!!!

Walked in. No greeting. 6 of them there, more worried about watching the Alabama vs. Tennessee football game than helping a customer. To top it all off, I couldn't return the phone I got through the mail in store for some reason. This is why people can't stand the cable company. Customer service has gone to hell. Won't be back.
