rude lies to get me to sign up I get the crap they sent me picked up took pulling teeth to get them to get this stuff then the guy who picked up the stuff slammed my door and through the box In the yard to say the people selling this stuff knows 0 about the product is an understatement lie to get you to sign so his numbers look good he was selling everyone free internet no such program the guy who comes and gets it slams my door and throws the box down spectrum is Terrible

The info from Spectrum call center conflicted with info from store so now I will have to make 3rd trip to spectrum office to return correct modem. Difficult when living 20 minutes from store.

Went to upgrade my phone the sales person was rude couldn't explain the trade ask how much my bill would be with upgrade said I would know when I got the bill couldn't touch the phone until I traded ask her what if I didn't like it said would have to pay fifty dollars restocking fee themanager

I had a problem with new phone I bought. The store closest to me had closed I didn't know so drove to Jackson. Customer service fair...friendliness could be better...phone issue was resolved. Thank you

Internet is great, it runs fast and we can pretty much do anything on it but the inly downside is we keep getting technicians out here to do work, we get our wifi knocked out FOR AN ENTIRE DAY, and then get told a technician will be sent out THE NEXT DAY to fix whatever the people did the day before. This is ridiculous that we have to go a whole day without internet especially after we had to wait longer than we should have for spectrum to even get to us in the first place. It took us 3/4 months to get spectrum, we’ve had it for 2 months but out of the time we’ve gotten to use the internet I’d say it probably adds up to about a month and a half of total internet. This internet is too good for you guys to keep knocking it out on us.

I have been a Spectrum/Charter customer for over 20 years. The customer service is now obsolete. Don't bother making an appointment and showing up on time to the store. Whoever walks in and rushes to the counter will be helped first. Your area having MULTIPLE service outages??? No matter who you contact, they will not help you. I've made phone calls, online chats and finally tried talking to a person at the store. Apparently, us customers work for Spectrum and have to check external lines, change out outdated boxes, or suffer a service fee. ($50 and for the elderly on a budget, not an option) All for the low price of $200+ a month, which other companies might take channels away at any time. (Looking at you, Disney) Even the support people online think there are excessive service outages for our area. And that the maintenance isn't being updated. Solutions given????? Maybe someone will cut a tree branch.

I do not recommend spectrum. I had tons of issues with not having Internet at all times. Constantly having to reset the box and router to reestablish internet connection which it didn't always work after multiple tries. This is the worst internet service I've ever had and I would not recommend for anybody to use it's a waste of money.
