I hesitated to rent from this location due to a less than pleasant experience about 18 months ago. This time, however, the service was excellent. Everyone was quite helpful. When the initial truck we received had an issue with the AC, they quickly got me into a different truck, and our trip went on without any problems.

Long wait at the pickup location. Why was only 1 person working the counter on a Saturday morning? Only 1 other person working with getting the trucks ready. Only 2 employees on a Saturday morning? C'mon UHaul - please do better.
