Got there about 10:30 am Sunday, before the Crowds of Customer. Great guy helped me, He has sold wireless for years. Did not push me to add any features. I bought a biludget Samsung s54 5g. It has room for micro SD card. About $500 before tax. I paid cash for the phone. At age 72, Will a easy to use Smart Phone

Recently visited the Verizon store on vann drive. I was looking to buy a new phone. Instead or helping me at a desk, the worker was trying to do business on a bench, which is very unprofessional. The worker asked me the least amount of questions and didn't even ask if i would like a case, charger or screen protector or anything else. I had to lead the conversation as if i was helping the worker. When she came out with the phone she swiped my debit card then put the phone in a bag and tried to rush me out the door. I politely asked could i please have phone activated. She told me that i can activate it myself at home. After some back and forth she finally decided to activate the phone and seemed annoyed and very upset. This is very unprofessional and i expected a lot better for a company that always finds ways to charge their customers more but regularly has terrible customer service. I will not be back.

Had a wonderful experience.
I was in the middle of a long trip due to a family emergency. My phone quit texting and I was just a bit frantic. The young lady greeted me took my phone and had the problem corrected very quickly. What a bright light she was on a very difficult day!!

I went by on 04/15/2024 and was lucky enough to get Meribeth to assist me with my purchase. She was super helpful and patient. She answered all my questions and made sure all was working before I left the store. She also sold me on home wifi, good call because it works great at my house. I wish I needed another phone just so I could go buy it from her.

Shemika in sales in amazing! She got us a great deal with 2 new iPhones on them! Friendly & professional. She knew what she was doing & that was great! Showed us all the plans & benefits, then left it up to us to decide no pressure! We left smiling & thankful!
