The wait time is ridiculous. The service is very slow and it takes forever for them to recognize that you're in the building.

We'll be back.... but mostly because we have Verizon service..... but I'm not happy with my latest experience!I find it both interesting and a (quite a bit) disappointing that the "in-store" discount on a trade in is $300 LESS than what we could get on-line.Additionally, if I "traded up" in-store, I could have paid the total amount (no $xx.xx/month on the bill) - - but trading the phone on-line requires a monthly charge.I.just.dont.get.it. Period.WHY is that Verizon? It seems that there's no benefit to having (or going in to) a physical (brick and mortar) store anymore if there's that big of a discrepancy in the value of a trade-in. Are you trying to go completely on-line? Hmm?

We have had several bad experiences at this Verizon store but now this time and once before it was better. The manager, Jennifer helped us about six months ago and was very nice and helpful. She made sure my phone was working great before I left and explained things to me. This last time was pleasant too. Shemeka helped me and she was very nice and personable. I had some questions about my phone and she was very patient and helpful. This is the only real verizon store in the area so when we had bad experiences we didn't really want to go back here. Jennifer and Shameka made us feel better about going back here.

I was looking to switch to a I-phone and they advised me to come back next month when the newer phone comes out, I didn't want the new phone? When I mentioned that to a few friends they advised me to switch to the company they use cause they offer iPhones less expensive, also never let the customer walk out empty handed! I made a special trip to replace my phone. I've been a Verizon customer for or 25 years. ?☹️

After being a Verizon customer for 25 years, today I will be looking for a new carrier, I purchased a new phone on line and was picking it up on the store, never been at this location and I don’t want to go back, we where greeted by Dylan and after we said we already bought a phone it was like he lost a commission so he didn’t seem like he wanted to help any further, advised him we couldn’t transfer our information over and he said for 29 dollars Verizon could do it but no guarantee everything come over, he said we where lucky for the 29 dollar fee because other companies are charging 100 dollars , not to mention we purchased an otter box that came with no screen protector but we could purchase that separately, we paid a 35 dollar charge to to activate the phone , I get it everyone is out to make money, some of these charges are really not fair, for all the money you are being charged how much more do you have to pay for someone to show they care, or that they want to keep your business, definitely lacking in customer service , there’s a lot of competition now and verizon is doing nothing to keep customers

It took me 2 years of TMobile poor coverage to switch back to Verizon due to several bad experiences.Morgan, store rep, changed my view of Verizon. She signed me up, downloaded several things to help me get my nursing discount and set up direct draft. She did the same later when my $200 rebate did not show up. She signed me up for it.If she's not a manager, she'd be a positive addition. People like Morgan make Verizon look good and create loyalty.

Every time I have tried or needed to do something with my service it has always been an issue. Waited two hours to be seen by somebody and was told they would text me when it was my place in line, yet it didnt and they skipped me. TWO HOURS of sitting at this store for absolutely no reason and this type of stuff has happened on multiple occasions. You can’t do anything through the app because it is a rip off & they charge you for stuff you don’t want, need or sign up for.
