“My husband works for MaxTrans and it's been a great company for nearly 3 years. Josh (dispatch) is a stand up guy. They work well with him concerning scheduling runs. Home on weekends, which is great! All new trucks & no they're not governed at 65mph, runs over 70...Just saying ? Recent pay increase and all around good place to work.I'd give 5 stars but time insurance takes to get approvals for things like MRIs or extensive dental work...etc is ridiculous!! It pays well & copays are dirt cheap but if you have to have anything done that needs insurance approval prior to service, they get in no hurry ??♀️ Hopefully that will change soon.Overall, pros outweigh the cons and he really loves working for this company.”

“After having an online chat with “Neva,” I was blown away that they would honor the warranty on my 7 yr old tub faucet with diverter that was no longer diverting to shower stream. She said she was sending me a replacement and there was no need to return the one that no longer diverted. AND SHE DID!!! I got it within 6 days & I was able to replace the part all by myself! Bravo to excellent Customer Service ??
I chatted that I would send her flowers.. she replied “HaHa.” Well, I so wish I could. But maybe this will do?!?!? ? ??”
