Due to a recent “hacking” CVS would not honor my prescription co-pay assistance card; even though they can clearly see on my history that the assistance has been in effect for almost a year. Now I can’t afford the medication and my condition could spin out of control.

I gave them 2 stars because they had my medication on hand. Other than that, the staff in the pharmacy is rude and dismissive. They all seem to be in a bad mood and not like their job. They seem to take this out on the customers. I will go back to walgreens if they can keep my medication in stock.

I would give this place a 10 star if I could. Matt, the pharmacist was so very helpful. I travel 100% of the time and was at a campsite near by. I needed to refill my prescription that was housed at a CVS in Indianapolis and they were closed on Saturday but Matt helped me refill and even called my new insurance to find out why it was not covering (they were also closed on Saturday) so he went out of his way to look up savings for me so I could fill it now and then find out on Monday as to what happened with coverage. Then to make them even better customer service, we were 2 minutes after closing and he allowed me to still pick up the prescription. Just great service and wonderful southern hospitality!

It's fantastically annoying to change your hours randomly so when a script is sent, it says you are open when in fact you are not. Please please keep your times updated...people count on you.

I wish you could give a half of a star. My insurance only works at CVS but I will be moving from there to a different pharmacy. Every month there is an issue getting my meds so this month I called and made sure they were in stock firstly as they never are, than made sure my Rx from my doctor was correct as they always need to speak with her because of an issue. Even though my mom, dad, and husband have the same doctor and she writes their rxs and there is never an issue. So this month I go there use my singlecare coupon because CVS charges the most and guess what insurance doesn't cover it (but not the pharmacies fault) so the tech tells me that even with my $25 coupon it's still $66 dollars so I leave drive 25 mins to my bank get the money drive back and get told they don't have it in stock, I told them the lady had already scanned, ran my coupon yada yada. So after a ten minute argument that they had my Rx and had it filled she says oh it's in the safe it'll be at least 20 minutes. So I take my daughter to sonic wait 33 minutes go back and guess what after another argument that they had my meds, they were filled and in the safe they get my meds. So they ring them up and they ring up the original $25 price that the tech said wasn't possible. So two and a half hours later I finally get my meds after being treated like a junkie and like I'm trying to get dope all over a blood pressure medication. And this was only this month I had been dealing with them for over six months but no more because this is absolutely stupid.

Really thankful for CVS! Having had 6 foot surgeries, CVS became my go-to store for quick items because I was either on crutches or it hurt too much to walk a long distance, for example, in Walmart. The associates and managers have always been helpful. Although some items are more expensive at CVS, the ExtraCare Card Rewards have saved me a lot of money. Having 6 foot surgeries really disrupts mobility...and CVS became a help for me during those years. Thank you CVS, management, and associates!

My son took his prescription to cvs drive thru . He was diagnosed with covid he wanted to know the cost. But, the woman told him he needed to leave the drive thru since he had covid. Informed him he had to send someone else to pickup his prescriptions that did not have covid. Would take 1hr and a half to fill. Pamphlets stated within 30 min. They had been filled. Compassion people have some. Stop being rude.

Finally just got back from the pharmacy…. I sat in the drive through for about 45 minutes with only two cars in front of me. The reason it took so long was the tech wasn’t helping us. She was running around scanning random prescriptions and completely ignoring us. I sat there for 10 minutes staring at her and she just ignored me while she did other work. She then tried to get more scanned during my transaction instead of taking my payment. Absolutely horrible customer service! I will probably be taking my prescriptions elsewhere where they value a customer’s time…

I am switching all my prescriptions I highly recommend everyone pull out of Jeff City, my husband's doctor messed up on his blood pressure med and he ran out too early. I tried to get an emergency just for the night and morning until I could call the doctor in the morning, the pharmacist was so rude refused to help and actually hung up on me. I called the pharmacy in Morristown and she said sure we can give you a 30 day supply.. he had a five heart bypass in may and she was literally willing to let this man possibly die instead of helping him!!!
