DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took advantage of my 70yr old father. Alleged worker took a picture of his credit card instead of having my father pay online or on spot with a credit card reader. Later that day my fathers card was charged multiple times for miscellaneous transactions by alleged worker or workers. Pending a full investigation that will be conducted. Until a further update I recommend not using this company or atleast pay online. So far my father hasn’t received a receipt for his payment as well.

I woke up this morning to our unit giving an error code on the nest thermostat. I immediately called Haskins as that is who my parents have used for over 20 years. Robert got me an appointment for same day!!
Chris (the technician), was absolutely wonderful! Personable, knowledgeable, and just overall a great guy! He diagnosed the issue, and was resolved promptly. I HIGHLY recommend Haskins for all your heating and cooling needs!! Ask for Chris, I know I will in the future! :)

We had an issue with our AC unit on Thursday, I called Haskins on Friday and explained the situation. Haskins got us on the schedule that day and we were up and running by late afternoon. Thank you

I'm very impressed by Haskins Heating & Cooling. I had a musty smell in my home and had several technicians from other companies come out. Yet, no one was able to solve my problem! I called Haskins and Joe arrived as scheduled, was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to get to the root of the problem. Thank you, Joe! I'm definitely a new loyal customer to Haskins now!

Rod was one of the best repairman that I’ve ever met. He treated me with kindness and was very professional. He took his time explaining everything to me and my husband, and he fixed the problem promptly. I called Haskins to let them know how great I thought he was, but I’m pretty sure they already knew. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Haskins Heating and Cooling has exceeded expectations in every way! I shopped 4 other companies for a HVAC split system replacement. They were price competitive with the lowest cost alternatives however much more professional in their presale interactions. Their install team was outstanding! Going above and beyond on the little things I wanted done. I give them 100 out of 100 points for their work. The new unit is working as expected and I am 100% satisfied!
