I've used Joelton Storage for a few years now and I highly recommend them! Ben, the Property Manager, has always been very helpful anytime I had questions or needed something. They have excellent security (locked gate with code access and video cameras). The property is always clean and well-kept. The units are affordable and secure.

Since I've been with joelton storage for roughly the last 6 months, my wife and I have only the best thing's to say about them. Michelle is the best! She will work with you NO matter what the case may be. Late? No problem, just be sure to tell Michelle what kind of circumstances you're working with and she will find a way so you can work it out and keep your storage . These people are the most honest people you could ask for. Predatory? NEVER! Just give 'em a shot, you'll see what I mean. Thanks for everything Michelle, Michael Abbott.

Michelle is the best. She helped me upgrade my unit same day and walked me through everything to make sure I understood how it was going to work. They raised their rates about 30% the year after I moved in, I hope they will consider a smaller increase next year! It’s still a bargain.
