“My Wife and I are just completing a new construction home in Greene County, TN. Our Contractor recommended Modern Supply in Johnson City for our kitchen and bathroom fixtures. They had a great selection, featuring Kohler pieces, which we prefer. They also supplied us with tankless water heaters, kitchen appliances by GE, and other items, like a garbage disposal, etc. Their showroom is nicely appointed and Courtney, the sales lady, was always polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“They love my dogs here and are always helpful. Prices can be high for some items. I love closer to a similar store and came here because I had a gift card. Evening times are slower and that's when I prefer it. The location is convenient for some, but it's a busy street and sometimes impossible to turn left when leaving.”
