The pricing was very competitive, especially considering the quality of Jensen furniture, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Since we opted for custom cushions, there was a lead time, but Jeff and Scott kept us informed every step of the way so there were no surprises.

“I had a good experience ordering from here I did have to do some follow up myself which could have been initiated by them but for what I saved it was great The delivery company was ok One guy was wearing slides so it wasn’t the safest and they refused to carry a piece around the house as it was too big for the front door That said, I love my couch!!!”

“I like there store I love going there buying all sorts of different herbal teas and olive and basil is my favorite which they was out we usely buy 4 or 5 bottles each visit. I hope to see you restock these items its a big saler. They have cute lemon coffee cups and bowls but if you find something you like you better get it right then if you go back it will be gone I love all the glass dishes not the plastic. I visit the one in smokey mountain area yesterday and omg they had blackberry candy and blue berrys beautiful towels its a little bigger and more stuff so many cooking seasoning I can't wait to visit the smokey mountain one again close to dolly wood they was very kind helpful and fun to talk to love all the stores they even had the basil olive oil yea thank you”
“I ordered a bedroom set in May and was told that will be there in August in mid-September still have not received the entire set. So I asked for a portion to be delivered. Zak's was nice enough to deliver it. I was told that the other unit would be in later. Two weeks ago they called and said the unit was in and I requested an afternoon delivery. They scheduled me for two weeks later. I just got a call was told that they would be delivering it first thing in the morning. When I called to complain, they adjusted the time.”
“Due to the limits of their ability to ship to store and not having a central customer service phone number, At Home almost lost 2 customers. However, one of the managers, Lauren, went over and above helping to make things right and we will now be coming back. Be sure to ask for a manager if you are having issues and they will help you since corporate doesn’t. The 5 stars is because of Lauren’s efforts and the inventory they carry.”
