“I had a miss in the engine and I had it to a couple of other shops and they through parts at it and didn't correct the problem.American/Import found the problem and replaced a fuel ejector on cylinder 1. I had my front end rebuilt ,ball joints etc. and it is running great.”

“My daughter attends ETSU and her car wouldn't start one evening while she was out. Since I don't live Johnson City, I had it towed to Carroll's. They called and shared that it was only a loose bolt connecting a battery cable at the opposite end from the battery. They fixed it the same day and to say the price was reasonable is an understatement. They shared they feel it's their duty to take care of the college kids. Professional, honest, and showed outstanding integrity. If I lived in JC, this would absolutely be my new shop for ALL repairs.”
“I got my car back they had thrown away the pices that went under the hood . The front quarter panel was cracked. I had to take it back in they had to order the parts that were thrown away. They did replace the front quarter panel but chiped another part of my car and would not replace it and it wasn't broken when I took it in there. Would not recommend them. If you do take your car there take pictures of everything and check everything as soon as you get it back.
I wanted to up date my review because they got back in touch with me and replace the broken part. They did it fast. Thank you”

“I came in with a 2020 Honda with a busted transmission. Unfortunately Honda Transmissions are expensive, but Mr Transmission worked with me and helped me find some financing to get this job done. In essence, working with Mr Transmission made the pain and financial anxiety that comes with dealing with car issues, significantly less. My only complaint is that I can't give them six stars. I recommend them highly, they are friendly, and they are very willing to work with you, and best of all they know what they are doing.

“I usually don’t write many reviews but this company deserves one! My entire family goes to this place. My daughters, husband and I, and anyone else we send. We have had around 20 vehicles done here. Whether wrapping our hood, tinting our windows, tint strips, taillights tinted, or whatever needs done, this is the guy for you! He has great prices, friendly, professional and fast!! I won’t go anywhere else! Here’s a couple vehicles he has done for us. He really does do a great job.”

“I love apex auto long story short I originally had ford replace my engine with in the first month of having my car and 13,000 miles later the warranty engine blew yet again ford decided not to honor they're warranty and me not wanting to go through the same thing I asked a buddy for recommendations and Alex was the best decision I've ever made new engine runs great with a great warranty now my family and friends only trust one mechanic”

“Son went there for a low tire and they fixed a valve leak for free. (Tightened something). Brought my car in with what I thought was a similar issue and they filled my tires for free. I will be back for tire replacement when needed. They seem to be honest and were very helpful even if they aren’t getting paid!”
