We returned an alternator that had a lifetime guarantee. They didn't have it in stock but found one for us in Bristol. Good service is always given at any AutoZone we go to!

My car broke down while I was out of town and the guys at this store really went out of their way to help! I did not get his name, but one of the employees came right out to my car and diagnosed the alternator as being my issue and called a friend at Free Service garage down the road to see if they could help me out. They jumped my car off at Auto Zone and when I made it to Free Service, they were able to get my car back up and running within just a few hours! I later found out from them that the guy who helped me here had run to Bristol himself to get the alternator so that my car could be fixed same day. This is so unbelievably kind and I will forever be grateful for everyone that helped me get back in the road, especially the associate from this store. You all are the best!

AutoZone is my favorite auto parts store. This store location has been my go to store for over 10 years. I found out several years ago that other chains purge your purchase history every couple years, but AutoZone doesn't. They have all of my purchase history for the past 25 years! Their loyalty program is, in my opinion, the best offered by any auto parts store. Their employees are always friendly and helpful. I've shopped here long enough that they recognize me and greet me by name!
