Hours: Build-A-Bear Workshop is a kiosk or booth location inside the mall, not an actual store. The bear selection is highly varied, much like traditional shops, though some note there are not a lot of options. The staff is extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. They assist in finding items, explain the whole process, and can order anything not available. While the full ceremony or a birth certificate may not always be provided, the experience is fun. A nearby soft-play area can make it extremely loud on busy days. Customers are glad the store is there and excited to come back.
