“I booked a reservation for an suv online for spring break and when I got to the Johnson City location they were sold out due to the high demand. My family and I already had plans to leave that day for our trip and I was worried we'd be left without a vehicle to drive out of town. I believe the gentleman's name was Javaris and he's a new manager at the JC location, he told me to give him a few to see what he could work out. He provided excellent customer service and called around and in less than a hour found what we needed so that we could still make our trip!”
“My truck was in the body shop and I needed a rental. The body shop and my insurance company made all of the arrangements. I drive a Dooley, which I like big trucks that vehicle here is a nice vehicle, but it’s not something that I would drive every day but they brought it to the body shop. They said it’ll be there at 9 AM on Monday. It was If I ever need to rent a vehicle, I will be contacting them first and when I drop it off at the paint shop they come and get it. I don’t have to do nothing.”
