Thomas is amazing at this location, he was able to diagnosis a problem that 4 other customer service reps were not. He is caring and so very patient. I will recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone and carrier.

I was treated horribly at the Kingsport location by the store manager after I was sold the wrong phone twice. When I called back she refused to help me and told me that the phone I wanted was sold out till Friday and I'd have to wait. During several phone calls I was hung up on repeatedly after only asking questions about how to get the correct phone. I reported this to corporate and this is the second review bc they took my first one down. I will however keep checking as customers need to know how poorly they can be treated at this location. Update 24 hrs later. Owner apologizes and hopes my next visit will be better. No mention of fixing my phone that's still not correct. Just sorry better luck next time. Well, there won't be a next time.

Went to this Cricket store this evening after visiting the other 2 stores in Johnson City to up grade two of my phones ….. this is by far the best Cricket store in Johnson City , we couldn’t have asked for better customer service . Tommy and Derik were so friendly and so helpful , excellent experience this evening . Will not visit another store but this one from now on .
