“I love the dollar tree. Although they are carrying nicer items then they charge you more for them. I will say that the one on West Market doesn't have a big selection like the one on North Roan Street. I recommend going to North Roan as opposed to going to the one on the West market. I went here not long ago and they refuse to help me or assist me to find anything. I simply asked for one specific product that I know they had carried at one point and both employees said they didn't know instead of showing me something similar or trying to even help me look for it they just completely ignored me. It appears to me that they just didn't want to do their job. Because of this, I will not go to this particular store I will go to the other one now.”

“I spend a lot of time but also lot money here. Reason is because so continent. I don't have to go across town if I need butter for recipe i am making. They have everything someone would need even Home supplies clothes cleaning supply food and personal items. Friendly employees and always clean”
“Love the store itself but there is one woman blonde older lady that is so rude there that it’s ridiculous. She will block the isle while working and not let customers pass. I’ve managed huge stores for years and this is unheard of.”

“Anytime I receive excellent service at a store, I want to make sure the staff are recognized for it. Today I visited store 106, and Jason was working behind the register. They greeted me and other shoppers with genuine joy & kindness. When they checked my purchase out at the register, Jason was helpful & thoughtful. Jason was the reminder I needed today that the random kindness of a stranger can go a long way in making someone else feel seen in a positive way.”

“Clean and debris free parking lot and sidewalk. Inside the store is clean and fairly organized, they are in the process of restocking, unfortunately most of the isles are blocked with boxes and carts of boxes. One of the young men there that was stocking wasn't very friendly at all. Usually the staff apologizes for the mess, the boxes , blocking the isles and being in your way and says excuse me when passing by you but not this young man. I found that to be somewhat rude. As in most Dollar Tree stores, all items are not priced, I hate not knowing what something actually cost, round red stickers don't tell anyone how much it costs.”
