“I've been searching everywhere for Indian snack mixes. Finally check this place out and they have so many. I couldn't stop with just the snacks. They have so much good stuff.”
“Love it! Blasting Christian music ... same song I was playing in my car. Everyone is super nice. The only place I can get frozen fried pickles and frozen precooked biscuits that stick to the roof of your mouth. Great assortment of all kinds of stuff! Wonderful place to get any variety of containers and The only thing I miss are the frozen fried pickle spears and frozen vegetable sticks ....where did those go :(
Otherwise, I love the Stock Pot”

“Clean , amazing prices! Try the chocolate bars, they are from Germany and are worth the trip. Remember to take a quarter for cart rental and your own grocery bags, although you can buy bags. I can't afford Publix, Food City nor Kroger. Anything else I need I find at Food Lion!”
“A lovely uncommon assortment of goods. They carry some items I would normally have to get at Whole Foods, but I am much happier supporting a unique local business over an amazon company.”

“I've tried many places that sell authentic tacos around the tri-cities and this place still comes in 1st. Not many places provide the grilled green onion and jalapeno, but they do. Lots of meat choices, good prices, fast and polite service. Would definitely recommend.”

The employees are really helpful and friendly!!!I haven’t met one who wasn’t extremely helpful!! Today the cashier Leann went above and beyond to help me!!!! Was doing orders for people and 2 orders got mixed up!!!! Instead of getting aggravated with me, she took the time out to straighten everything out.From going through my lists to help me straighten it out!

“This store isn't my usual Food City but I was still very pleased with my food purchase. I bought lunch and dinner for 3 days and the items were reasonably fresh and delicious when eaten. Food City also has delicious prepared foods and economical meal packages.”

“Lisa was a big help to my husband and I this evening! It is employees like her that keep us coming back to this location.
However, I also have to mention that the two employees behind the deli counter were not helpful and were very rude to us. Lisa saved our whole experience just by taking a couple of minutes to help us. Thanks Lisa!”

“I shop at the South Roan Street location. From the parking lot to the Isles the store is as clean as a pin. All the products are fresh. Sometimes the prices aren't the best but the product is first rate. Had a couple of problems with mis marked produce and had to return to the store to correct it. Charged for 18lbs of bananas and I only bought 5 bananas total. Manager corrected the problem with a refund. I only gave four stars because the manager was a little rude and didn't apologies for the error.”

Made this review several months ago and now they redone the place made it look nice has a drive thru window BUT THEY WILL NOT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE YET THEY STAY ON IT ALL THE TIME..!! Which means they are losing a lot of customers cuz they won’t answer their phone and help ppl who are calling to ask them if they have things they need.. I have been calling for 3 days solid now and no answer calling all day too!!!!!”
“I spend a lot of time but also lot money here. Reason is because so continent. I don't have to go across town if I need butter for recipe i am making. They have everything someone would need even Home supplies clothes cleaning supply food and personal items. Friendly employees and always clean”

“I'm originally from Florida and having Publix here in Johnson City in the Tri-Cities is so nice. I remember going to the one on Biscayne Boulevard with my mother brings back a lot of memories. Automatic all stars rating for Publix The store is awesome just went there today and is way more than what I expected. Thank you Publix for coming to Johnson City and the Tri-Cities!”
