I needed to handle a return of a defective product. Mark and Sylva were extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues. I would use this store again.

While the employee told me why he did not take my switch do to a gap on the back but the implementation I took it apart when I can't even hold a screw driver that small do to my hands shaking is insulting

Kinda slow as far as waiting in line. Would be better if they had two workers thier to help people
