Ingles Markets is a favorite grocery store for some, described as very clean, spotless, and busting at the seams with all sorts of food items including a fantastic meat selection. Many note great service, with specific employees at the deli and checkout being friendly, polite, engaging, and incredibly helpful, making visits smooth and enjoyable. However, other experiences are less positive, citing that the deli takes forever and that some frozen items like ice cream are often iced over. While some customers are highly impressed and would definitely recommend it, others shop there only because alternatives are worse.
