NAPA Auto Parts is dedicated to providing quality auto parts and excellent customer service in the Johnson City area. With options for curbside pickup, delivery, and in-store shopping, customers can easily access the parts they need for cars, trucks, and other vehicles. Many customers appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff, who offer a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of traditional parts houses, unlike larger chain stores. One customer found a rare part for their hay baler when other stores did not have it, making the trip worthwhile. However, some customers have experienced issues with specific products, such as a mechanical fuel pump that did not perform well. Overall, NAPA Auto Parts stands out for its commitment to customer satisfaction and its extensive inventory, making it a go-to destination for automotive needs.
This is the only place I trust for parts. Always excellent care and service. This is extra important for women. A++.

Picked up a cheap Chinese mechanical fuel pump from here . After inspection of how much cheaper made it was from my old one. I put it on and just as expected it started rattling apart. So I removed it and changed it to electric pump .
