“Background- We order a lot of our animal food online as any PetSmart is 35 minutes or over an hour from us. The store closest to us doesn't carry the food we need.
We went to the store last night for two reasons. 1) Hills science diet changed our cat food formula without saying anything. The package online was different flavor and formula than what we received. That's not PetSmart fault. Hills science diet switched the flavors and formula but still had the same picture, name and UPC! So the new food made our cats throw up constantly. After talking to Hill's- them admitting what they did, the vet- suggesting a different food, and PetSmart corporate- returning the bag to the store.
2) Our prescription dog food bag came in the mail damaged- these things happen (could have been the store or in transport as it was not in a box.)
We went to the Johnson City PetSmart yesterday and the staff was fantastic. The manager provided great customer service! They helped us return the bag and exchange the damaged one.”
“Love this place. my wife and I shop here often. the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a small store but they have a lot when it comes to REAL food for your pets and not the heavily processed junk. been shopping here a couple of years now.”

“Employees are always super friendly and helpful anytime you look confused or lost they are they're too guide you back. Also they can price match other stores prices that's a big plus!”
