“By far the most pleasant and probably cleanest post office I’ve ever been to. I was visiting the area from Tampa, Florida and down there everyone who works at the post office seems to be having a bad day and is quite irritable. Not the case at all here! Two very nice gentlemen were working the counter, and one shipped my package and mailed out several letters for me. I wish this were my local post office. :)”
“Horrible customer service! 1. Put in hold mail request for a 10 day vacation ..no mail was held! My mail box was stuffed when we came home. 2. Rather then bring a small package to my door, the carrier shoved it into the lock box, with all my mail, clogging the lock mechanism and making it impossible to open the door. When I called, during normal working hours, there was nobody to take the call. We got our maintenance guy to help with his tools to get it open as the package inside was a gift that needed to be given that day!”

“The USPS located on Milligan hwy, Milligan TN is the most friendliest and is personally my favorite United States post office that I like to visit anytime bc it's the closest to my house and I think they are one of the smaller locations in my area, but it is not always open due to lunch and the postal workers that work there take a break and lunch and then they reopen so make sure you check their hours before going to their location, but I guarantee you the experience will be very satisfied with the low traffic and of course you can run into a line but I have never waited like I have at other locations in my area. ??? I think y'all deserve the recognition of the friendliest and trustworthy USPS and won't be like visiting the bigger postal locations.”
