“Standard service and office is quite large. It is welcoming and as soon as I walked in someone asked me if I needed assistance. I needed to mail a few documents and a package. The guy at the counter offered to wrap everything for me and I was able to get my items mailed off within 20 minutes. Great place to get these things done and since it is close to my place of stay I will use this location regularly.”

“Seth at this location was incredibly helpful, welcoming, kind and efficient. I needed a document printed from an email ASAP and only had 12 minutes before closing. Seth was patient and took his time helping me with the process of creating the document, emailing it to FedEx, and printing and paying at the machine.

“I just left the UPS store. The lady inside was wonderful. It was one or two minutes after five and she was all locked up, but let me in to make my returns anyways. I thought it would be super easy, but there were some complications and she was very gracious and very kind and I’m so thankful that she let me in. This employee Definitely went out of her way to offer. Excellent customer service. And I was in such a hurry that I didn’t ask her name which is a shame because she deserves kudos.”
