“Standard service and office is quite large. It is welcoming and as soon as I walked in someone asked me if I needed assistance. I needed to mail a few documents and a package. The guy at the counter offered to wrap everything for me and I was able to get my items mailed off within 20 minutes. Great place to get these things done and since it is close to my place of stay I will use this location regularly.”

The manager, Rhiannon, and a kind gentleman from the staff immediately assisted, checking security footage to see if she'd left it in the store. Although the wallet wasn't in the store, the gentleman went the extra mile and helped her find it under her car outside! The lady's joy and her grateful hug to him was a beautiful scene to witness.Rhiannon's hard work and personable nature have always impressed me. This visit was no different. After realizing I'd made a mistake in the shipping address, Rhiannon, after hours, coordinated with the distribution center to correct it and called me back to confirm.
