Tire Shop is the best place in the Tri-City area to get tires. The staff is top notch, friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, kind, respectful, and informative. They know what they are about. Service is fast, with customers often back on the road sooner than estimated. They offer free tire rotations and balances. Scheduling online is easy. The only noted downside is the waiting area television programming, which some customers did not enjoy. Overall, it is the best service many have received in an awfully long time.

A little old fashioned but great people that try to help

We got a hole in a tire on our way back to New York. It was easy to schedule online. We arrived over an hour ahead of our scheduled time and our car was taken in immediately. The staff was friendly and informative, they reviewed options and we were back on the road with a new tire (and wipers) in less than an hour!

Had a new set of tires installed last week. These folks are top notch! Friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. They know what they are about!
