“So far, all of my interactions with the call center employees and drivers have been excellent. It's a great service, especially for people in wheelchairs. When I go to Jonesborough to visit my mom, the pickup times are on point. $8.00 round-trip beats the heck out of the prices of taxies and Uber!”
