I had several Amazon items to return and this store went above and beyond to help me get my packages shipped back. I think that the woman who helped me out was actually the owner. She was nice and very helpful . I hope to not have any returns for a while but if I do I will definitely go back to this location.

Ever since Austin left the store the new Manager has done a terrible job. She is rude to customers and her employees. She would get orders and not finish them by the time they were needed to be done and wouldn’t relay the news to the staff like she should have. She would go around the store gossiping about her staff and their personal lives and I could hear her while I was a customer at the kiosk. She also constantly had an attitude to her employees when they just asked her simple questions. She is in no way qualified to be managing these people if she can’t even respect them for all they do while she sits in her A$$ BEHIND THE WALL ALL DAY AND DOESNT HELP HER EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY YELL FOR HELP!!

So i went to the browns mill ups store today to mail some very important documents to my uncle. Hes in Iraq fighting for our freedom. I walked up and they was lined up out the door. I stood in like about 10 mins and made it through the door. As i waited i noticed that only 1 girl was working im pretty sure her name tag said Angie. As i watched her the other girls just stood and played on the phone very rude in my book. I heard her ask for help plz get a register and a table and no 1 offered. There was a short haired girl that was very rude and said they could use the self check out thing. Idk anything about that self check out thing. Just be nice to have some more people in there like the Angie girl that helped me she was amazing very sweet and careing and showed my package some love. Even tokd me to tell my uncle thank you for your service. I know that will make his day when i tell him that. I hope in the future they can get more careing people like Angie. Angie god bless u ur an angle. The world needs more people like u.

Went to the Johnson City branch to return a tempered glass mat. Horrible service, saying that it was too inconvenient and flat out refused to service me unless I gave the rude lady at the counter $100. Went to the Elizabethton branch. 10 minutes and $20 later, my package was on its way back to Amazon. Take notes JC branch.

Whati was sending to Spokane was a homemade king size pillow . It was a very tremendous burden on me as it is what my son wore for his wedding and passed away 6 months later . This shirt was hand made and each bead stitched from Africa . I felt like I was losing a part of him and the staff was generous enough to let me stand there and cry . He was only 43, just celebrated his birthday and passed 4 hours later . He battled diabetes , kidney failure, 3 strokes and one heart attack . Lost his left leg and his journey in world was over. He slipped in the hands of our lord .

Spent an entire day calling ups locations in Hawaii to track a package. Was beyond furious when I could get no answers or help! Called the browns mill location where I sent the package from and talked to Austin. He not only solved my problem but arranged so that pick up was easier than before. He took the time to listen, was helpful and friendly and got everything taken care of. Thank you Austin! You turned a bad experience around!

Went into the store to track package that was second day and shipped on a Wednesday. It is now Monday the shipment never arrived. This location would not refund my money and asked me to pay for three copies and a fax. I left the store they will not get my business. The library is a much better option.

Needed printed name tags for an upcoming event and everyone at the UPS Store was so friendly and helpful. I even had last minute additions and they were super accommodating! Will be my go to for shipping and printing in the future. Austin and all the workers are aweome.

This is our go-to choice for shipping and Amazon returns. The staff at this location is super-friendly and always makes our experience a great one. Shipping can be pretty expensive, but pre-paid returns are a very smooth and easy transaction at this location. We have also used their copy and fax services as well.
