Coming here to post a negative review. Surprised to see many others have the same experience with the old Grey haired lady. She acted like I am the one who is working there and I should know everything about shipping a package. She was just there to judge the customers and collect paychecks.

I don’t usually leave comments, but staying silent about negative experiences only allows the world to become more like what I despise. The old woman in this office is unbelievably rude and aggressive every single time I walk in. If she hates her job that much, she should just quit instead of making everyone else miserable.
