Overpriced refused to honor the online price and on the Verizon website. Told me the reason the price was different was because of taxes. It was a $40 difference. The taxes were only around $9. And on top of that one of the cases I bought when it’s not on sale is only $49.99, literally at any other store, including Verizon and they charged $59.99.

I go through Verizon for my cell phone service.for 2 years. This is what I've experienced I find the sales men extremely pushy they will try to sell you things just to make a profit. I also have found the AI customer service program frustrating it doesn't understand the answers to the questions that the AI asks to help you out . I would rather speak to a Verizon customer service representative but sometimes you will get charged a $10 service fee which I understand that's just how they do things when you call in customer service. I don't mean to be negative but this is my honest experience an opinion

My complaint is with Verizon and Apple, not the local staff. They were courteous and patient. My issue was with my 1 1/2 year old Apple phone holding/receiving a charge. It became evident there would be no problem solving at the Verizon store, only trying to sell me a new phone. I went to Batteries Plus and was told the battery was fine and it charged for them while I waited. It was suggested the Apple chargers have a short life so I headed to Best Buy, bought a new charger and block and all is well.

Josie Pruitt was a BIG help to me while I was in Bristol, VA/TN last week. I had many questions about my data plan and she answered them all, as well as offering advice.

Stopped by yesterday to talk to a human about a billing question. Worked with Dillon Mitchell. He was amazing! Went out of his way to help me. Very polite, professional, and personable. While I didn't get the answer I was hoping for (not his fault), it was a pleasure to work with him. I'll definitely ask for him the next time I have a question!

Austin and Dana were so helpful and accommodating for clients with special needs during our time at the store. It was refreshing to see a business be so supportive and offer accommodations to make the experience go smoothly! All of the other staff were also friendly and helpful during our time in the store.

thank you. I arrived at this location in stress, I was a bit rude and I apologize. I had just had one of the worse 48 hrs that ended with my account being highjacked. This location was not able to resolve the issue, but were able to recognize that there was an issue and point me in the correct direction as to how to resolve the issue. Found a corporate store which has a bit more capabilities with similar situations were the account was restored back to me. The staff was very professional, and helpful even though they don't have the capabilities that the corporate stores do. Thank you very much.

Without a question, set your Verizon appointment with Jacob Lynch. I had a phenomenal experience with my Sales Representative, Jacob Lynch, at this location. Long story short, phone died, would not take a charge, and I was just lost. Jacob was respectful and very patient with me as he listened to my 99 questions and concerns as we navigated the process. He gave me multiple avenues to choose from, and thoroughly articulated the pros and cons for each avenue. Ultimately, Jacob was able to hook me up with a new phone 15 without breaking my bank, and answered all my questions regarding my family's account, and what was available to me and my family. I couldn't be happier with the customer service Jacob provided. My past experiences with Verizon never met my expectations like Jacob Lynch met! He certainly knows what he is doing and how to take care of customers. Thank you Jacob!
