Joseph (Joey) Acosta was truly an amazingly patient and knowledgeable professional for my mom’s phone and service line. It’s a very busy store and Joey handled multiple issues with clear leadership and great communication. We couldn’t be more thankful and would definitely recommend him to anyone.
