Jonesborough Lowe's is fantastic, you will have all our business!! We got asked if we need help in almost every isle we were in! The appliance department was awesome!! It wasn't a long drawn out ordeal like it was in Greeneville. You guys know what you are doing! Maybe you should train the Greeneville store!”
“We’re from out of town and went there today. Amazing customer service and everyone was very personable and helpful. We’ve been meaning to try the dog bath area but 2 other locations were so dirty we didn’t want to even walk in. We brought our own shampoo/combs etc. but they have stuff available to use.We go to TSC often but never signed up until today. Anywho, great location and service :)”
“I've been remodeling and updating an old house and browse this place often. They have some of the best prices on flooring. I want to like it more but they aren't totally less for some things like vanities. Another pet peeve of mine is having display models of things you don't even have in stock. I feel like if you don't have any, the display model shouldn't be up. It's misleading. Over all, I haven't talked to anyone who wasn't helpful and I'll keep coming in to compare prices with other places.”
