I want to preface this with a comment that I normally give way too much benefit of the doubt and try to never complain about first world problems. In this case I must say that Lowe’s completely dropped the ball and caused me immense aggravation.
I ordered an expensive ladder that isn’t normally stocked. The sky scraper 21’ ladder with over a thousand dollar price. I ordered knowing it would be a few weeks to come in. I was notified by text this morning that it had arrived at the Jonesborough Lowe’s. I had to attach my trailer to pick it up because of its size. I arrived at Lowe’s and was told it was damaged and not repairable. My question is why was I not notified that it was damaged and this would’ve saved a wasted trip for nothing!!!

To be honest I was sceptical about having to go here, but it turned out to be a nice store and well laid out, friendly workers. I'm still a die hard depot man...

Not happy with this experience. Normally Lowe's employees are extremely helpful, but not this day. We were looking for an outdoor storage shed and most of the pre-built show storage sheds in the parking lot do not have product labels on them, they just talk about shed financing. So we went into the store went to the cash register at the pro desk which is where we were told to go, and the employee was not only rude but disrespectful at the same time. We decided not to purchase from the store.

My wife and I moved here March 2018. The first year I was at Lowes at least 2-3X/week. Staff was always on point with me and I needed a lot of advice. Now, I make about 1 trip/week maybe 2. Inside staff were as helpful as always. However, the garden center is a bit crazy. It is not the employees fault. At times they have 3 different people asking them ??? at once. I also tend to think most of these employees received little to no training. Management needs to deal with these issues. The employees in garden center are very nice and as accommodating as possible. Just train them better (a lot better). But, 5 ***** altogether. I like this Lowes.

Lowe’s is awesome, they have everything I need the employers extremely helpful. The prices are some of the best around. They’re all very easy access and best of all they allow me to bring my dog in.

Was at the Jonesborough store today about 1 pm and I cannot believe that they have put self check outs in and only one register that of course not manned I had to wait out in the isles because the lines were so long looks like I am going to find another hardware store that cares about the customers then after I made it to the self check out the question came up do I want to round up to the next dollar. LOL prices are already high enough.

It seems I always have something I’m needing/wanting to do with my home so I visit this store frequently. Every time, without fail the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I need to start getting names so I can give personal shoutouts, but the guy working paint last night was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to doing a great job.
Side note: I stopped at the Greeneville store a few days ago only because I was right there so it was convenient. Never again! The staff there act like it was a bother to help me. This is not the first time. They could take lessons from the Jonesborough staff.

I recently bought a t3200 Craftsman mower. I loved the power of the motor and the even cut. When I read the schedule maintenance I realized my mower didn't have a hour meter. They were very kind replacing the mower. The replacement mower has a very uneven cut and theMotor rattles. Don't buy the Craftsman mower. ILove my Lowe's. They made a mistake Endorsing Craftsman

Do not buy a GE refrigerator from Lowes, GE doesn't have adequate service representation, and even if you buy the extended warranty, they won't honor it during the first year.
We bought a new GE refrigerator in early July last year, it stopped working Labor Day weekend. I wanted to send it back immediately, but was told that GE covers the warranty for the first year.
It took two weeks to get a technician here, he checked it out, and had to order parts.
That took another two weeks, but it was fixed.
Then in January, the ice maker stopped working, another two weeks until a technician showed up, and another two weeks waiting for parts.
This time the parts didn't fix the ice maker.
Another month goes by and the refrigerator stops working again!
I go into Lowes to the appliance section, and the employees there were very helpful in trying to resolve the problem.
But management and GE were no damn help at all!
We finally went back in to Lowe's and ordered a whirlpool refrigerator.
It was delivered the next day, and they took back the old refrigerator, which they had the nerve to change us $50.00 to pick it up.
It was supposed to go back to the store, but somehow nobody knows just where it is.
Is this any way to treat a loyal customer?
