“My husband and I just left this store and we want to give a big shout out to Calvin. Not only did he help us diagnose the problem, he helped us solve it with the help of two local mechanics. We were on our way from Indian Rocks Beach, Florida home to Smyrna, Tennessee when our battery light came on. We pulled over at the next O'Reillys and Calvin came out to check our battery. We soon discovered we were missing our serpentine belt...the whole belt was missing!!! Calvin asked the right questions, used his problem solving skills, and got us back on the road within 45 minutes. He even put on our new windshile wipers. Thank you Calvin! This man deserves a raise!”
